Kitchenette with two ring electric hob, fridge with ice box and microwave. (Please note that the kitchen facilities are only suitable for the preparation of simple meals). Shared access to freezer by arrangement with owner.

Through to lounge area with Smart TV with NetFlix account for guests to use, DVD player and French doors opening onto patio.
Bedroom with double bed. En suite shower with grab rail, hand basin and WC. Outside: Patio with garden furniture including sun chairswithin the owners' rear garden looking out over open field beyond. Guests may use the shared rear garden.

With easy access to many cycle routes and walks directly from this property it makes an ideal retreat for couples wanting a bolt hole from which to explore the New Forest National Park. The popular coastal town of Lymington is three miles away.
