With a ground floor snug and first floor sitting room there is ample space for a small family or two couples to enjoy their time together. The attractive south west facing walled garden offers a relaxing place to enjoy al fresco dining or a quiet read especially during the summer months.
A five minute walk will take you to the quay where you can sit and watch the continuous activity on the river from The Old Ship pub, delightful artisan coffee shop, or on a bench with a sandwich purchased from one of the several popular delis. If you are wanting a good meal there is a whole range of restaurants and pubs within a five to ten-minute walk in the town with plenty of interesting shops to browse in along the way. The town also has an M&s food hall, Waitrose, Tesco mini market and enchanting Saturday High Street market. Further afield you can enjoy a walk along the coast from Lymington to Keyhaven which is part of the Solent Way or take a drive into the New Forest National Park where you will see open heath, roaming ponies, cattle, several villages including Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley, all of which can be explored on foot or bicycle.
